Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
- Frame, challenge and prioritize Data projects from the outset.
- In charge of one or more data projects, from the definition of needs to implementation with implementation and continuous improvement
- Responsible for detecting user problems and identifying appropriate solutions feasibility/alternatives across the entire value chain
- Lead workshops with customers and/or end-users to understand their exact needs
- Define the product vision in agreement with project stakeholders, and communicate it to teams via the product roadmap
- Write User Stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog
- Lead SCRUM agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, etc.)
- Ensure functional acceptance
- Manage the project, in coordination with the customer, the data team and IT, and ensure communication between stakeholders throughout the project.
- Monitor projects from POC through to industrialization
Skills & Experience
Functional/Technical
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Graduated from an engineering school or high-level training in the field of information technology
- Hybrid profile combining an understanding of business issues and a mastery of Data Science.
- Knowledge of different market solutions (Cloud, Data Governance, Data virtualization, ETL
- Ability to translate customer needs into product uses and functionalities
- Mastery of Big Data issues
- Ability to understand the principles and practices of data analysis and the latest advances Machine Learning to identify potential product applications
- Understanding of data architecture around data (Data Lake, Data-Hub, Data-Lab, Data Warehouse, Pipeline)
- Ability to understand the different roles within the Data team (Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer)
- End-to-end vision of data processing
- Knowledge of data modeling fundamentals, BI/data culture
